Therapy Services

I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions for individuals residing in Calgary, Alberta. My office is conveniently located downtown in the historic Grain Exchange building.

As a Canadian Certified Counsellor, I am honoured to provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals and couples across Canada. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I can also see clients virtually who reside in Ontario.

As a BIPOC female therapist, I am passionate about working with diverse communities and providing culturally sensitive support to individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life.

New Client Consultation

No Cost / 30 minutes

A consultation appointment provides an opportunity for us (you as the client and me as the therapist) to establish a deeper connection. It's a chance for clients to express their concerns, experiences, and motivations for seeking therapy. Consultations enable me to gather crucial information about a client's background, history, and current struggles, which is vital for crafting a personalized treatment plan for therapy. Moreover, consultations allow clients to acquaint themselves with the therapeutic journey, clarify expectations, and gain insight into my therapeutic approach.

Couples Session

$170 / 60 minutes

In a couples session, we will collaboratively address and resolve any challenges you may be facing in your romantic relationship. I guide couples in exploring issues such as communication breakdowns, conflicts, trust issues, intimacy concerns, and boundaries. Couples sessions are tailored to encourage and promote healthy dialogue, fostering a stronger emotional connection between both partners. One of the primary goals of couples therapy is to equip couples with effective tools and strategies to navigate the complexities of their relationship and build a stronger foundation

Individual Session

$170 / 60 minutes

In a one-on-one session, we will collaborate to address any issue(s) you may be facing, whether past or present. Together, we'll delve into your experiences to comprehend your individual needs and therapy objectives. I'll customize my treatment approach and utilize integrative techniques to promote self-discovery, healing, and meaningful transformation. Individual counselling sessions offer a brave, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where clients can gain insightful perspectives, cultivate effective coping strategies, and strive for a more enriching and harmonious life.

Group Therapy

Cost Varies Per Offering

Group therapy offers an inclusive, and collaborative space where individuals with shared concerns and objectives can convene and share their experiences. These sessions are highly effective for addressing various issues, such as anxiety, depression, cultural identity, and more. Land Acknowledgment

In the spirit of fostering reconciliation, respect, and truth, I offer my heartfelt gratitude and respect for the fact that my home and workplace are situated on the ancestral lands of the Treaty 7 region in Southern Alberta. This place was originally known as "Moh'kinstsis" in the Blackfoot language, and it is now known as the City of Calgary. These lands encompass the traditional territories of several Indigenous communities, including the Blackfoot Confederacy, which includes the Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, and Amskapi Piikani First Nations; as well as the Îyâxe Nakoda: which includes the Goodstoney, Chiniki, and Bearspaw First Nations; and the  Tsuut’ina First Nation. I acknowledge that these lands also serve as the home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, within the historical Northwest Métis homeland. I acknowledge all Nations - Indigenous and non-Indigenous - who live, work, and play on this land, and who honor and celebrate this territory.
