New Client Consultation
No Cost / 30 minutes
A consultation session gives us a chance to connect and see if we’re a good fit. It’s an opportunity for you to share what’s bringing you to therapy, ask questions, and get a feel for my therapeutic approach. I’ll also gather some background to better understand your story and needs. This helps us decide how we might work together and what your next steps could look like.
Couples Session
$200 / 60 minutes
In a couples session, we’ll work together to address challenges like communication issues, trust, conflict, intimacy, or boundaries. I help couples explore their dynamics with care, encouraging honest dialogue and emotional connection. Sessions aim to strengthen your bond and equip you with tools to navigate your relationship with more confidence and clarity.
Individual Session

In individual sessions, we’ll explore whatever challenges you’re facing—past or present—in a way that feels supportive and collaborative. My approach is tailored to your unique story and goals, using integrative techniques to support healing, growth, and self-discovery. These sessions offer a space where you can gain insight, build coping tools, and move toward a more aligned and fulfilling life.
